The approach to treatment invites the inherent strengths and varied abilities of each individual and family in creating a treatment plan that is sustainable. Treatment is informed by TF-CBT, DBT, Mindfulness practice, and neuroscience of trauma, tailored to each client’s needs over the course of the treatment process. Clients are offered empathy, support, and safety to bring their full selves in exploring their realities and strengthening healthy coping skills to move forward. Particular issues of interest include PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, family conflict, self-esteem, and issues of cultural and racial identity.
